Most authors use a text editor (Word or OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc.). These are suitable for basic tasks and give a good issue with a little attention (especially if it is only text). But please do not forget that no printing office accepts Word format (doc, docx) material, because the texts appear a little differently on each computer, the pages and images slip.

Layout programs (such as InDesign) give much better results, but they also require more learning to use.

Our company prints only from PDF. Therefore, we ask for the final material either in PDF or we do the PDF conversion. In this case, the PDF will be returned to the customer for review.
